Exhibit Hall Schedule
The MSA 2024 Conference exhibit hall will be open April 17‐19, 2024, at the New York Hilton Midtown. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel.
Exhibitor move-in:

| Wednesday, April 17 | 8 a.m. ‐ 11 a.m. |
Show hours:
| Wednesday, April 17 | 1 p.m. ‐ 7 p.m. |
| Opening Network Reception | 5:30 p.m. ‐ 7 p.m. |
| Thursday, April 18 | 9 a.m. ‐ 5 p.m. |
| Friday, April 19 | 9 a.m. ‐ 3:30 p.m. |
Exhibitor move-out:
| Friday, April 19 | 3:30 p.m. ‐ 6:30 p.m. |
All exhibits shall remain in place until Friday, April 19 at 3:30 p.m., when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Should Exhibit Management find it necessary to alter exhibit hours in the best interest of the conference, exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible. Times are subject to change.
